Because of the increase in building fees we teachers pay monthly for the use of the facilities in Conroe, The Woodlands, and Tomball, I ask you to consider paying the voluntary handling fee above. In addition to the building fee, I must pay PayPal a per-transaction fee for the use of its service. This handling fee will cover that cost. I cannot, however, legally require you to pay the fee, so it is strictly volunary.
